Payment Policy
All payments made toward the retreat are final and non-refundable. This includes installments and full payments. We strongly recommend that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and protection for unforeseen events.
Please note: Individual discomfort with travel requirements or any changing personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund or credit.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend for any reason, your registration may be transferred to a family member or friend, provided that you notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date. Transfers are subject to approval and may incur extra fees.
Cancellations & Force Majeure
In the event of a no-show, no refund or credit will be issued.
If Rumi Center is unable to host the retreat due to events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, travel bans, political unrest, or other force majeure circumstances—the retreat will be postponed and rescheduled. All payments will be transferred to the rescheduled retreat. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
COVID-19 Specific Exception
If you test positive for COVID-19 within 7 days prior to the retreat and are therefore unable to attend, we will offer you a credit toward a future retreat of equal value. Documentation of the positive test result must be provided. No cash refunds will be given.

Proof of citizenship, passports, visas, tourist cards, health recommendations, inoculations (where required), and compliance with customs regulations are your responsibility. Rumi Center shall not be responsible if boarding or entry is denied or delayed or if cancellation charges are imposed or additional costs incurred as a result of the failure to provide required travel documents. All information should be confirmed directly with the appropriate government consulate or tourist office in advance of departure. If a birth certificate is being used, please make sure it is an original or certified copy with a raised seal, and bring an additional government-issued picture I.D. (such as a driver’s license).
